To protect your privacy, we encourage you to register using a name you feel comfortable with other attendees seeing (e.g. first name, pseudonym or your full name).

If you take part in the chat or Q&A, we ask that you are kind to other attendees and panel members. These are challenging time for many of us, and we do not know what each other is going through. Some of us may express big emotions, and that’s OK. We want this to be a safe enough space for all.

The webinar will be recorded and live streamed on our YouTube channel. Chat and Q&A (things that are typed) will not be visible on the recording. You will only feature in the recording if you ask a question/make a comment using your microphone – something the moderator may choose to invite subject to time/numbers.

Up to 7 days after the webinar you can contact us in case you wish for anything you said during the webinar to be deleted from the recording. After 7 days have passed the edited version of the webinar recording will become available on our YouTube channel.

We look forward to welcoming you to the event.
